Wie hilft Dir RESWITCH?
In Spielsportarten wie dem Fussball, Basketball, Handball
oder den Hockeysportarten, gibt es einen permanenten Kreislauf einer Spielsituation. Unabhängig davon ob in einer Offensiv oder Defensivsituation, müssen Spieler eine Situation Wahrnehmen, Entscheidungen treffen und diese durch eine Handlung umsetzen.
Je schneller, desto besser.
Warum ist es wichtig schneller zu sein?
Das Spiel wird schneller und die Ballkontaktzeit wird immer geringer.
Waren es im Fussball früher noch 2,9 Sekunden sind es heute 1,1 Sekunden von Ballkontrolle bis Abspiel. Der Handlungsdruck steigt. Beim Icehockey sind die Anforderungen an Handlungsschnelligkeit sogar noch größer!
Die Sportler müssen den Kreislauf von Wahrnehmen, Entscheiden, Handeln also immer schneller durchlaufen.
Genau das muss trainiert werden!
