Neues Starter Handbuch

Schön, dass es jetzt noch mehr Übungen gibt. Sehr große Vielfalt.

Für den praktischen Umgang wäre es gut die Anzahl der Spieler besser zu kennzeichnen (so wie in der alten Fassung)

Endlich ist es da. Das neue Handbuch von Reswitch.

Ich bin schon seit 2021 in Kontakt mit Tammo und nutze seitdem das Reswitch-Equipment für mein Training der G-Jugend bis E-Jugend. Von meinen Spielern ist sogar ein Foto enthalten.
Ich habe die neuen Übungen noch nicht ausprobiert, da wir in der Sommerpause sind. Dennoch habe ich schon einen Trainingsplan aufgebaut, den ich ab dem 20.08.2024 umsetzen werde. Viele neue Übungen, gerade für die jüngeren Altersstufen sind top. Ich freue mich auf die Übungen. Mehr davon!!!
