Cognitive home training with RESWITCH “Focus”

Have you already kept track of our first home training program and now want to train further cognitive skills? We hereby offer you the opportunity!

With this home training program you train two skills at once. On the one hand, it's about "focusing on what's important" and not allowing yourself to be distracted! On the other hand, it's about "concentration and reaction" . Here you have to decide quickly and correctly.

• Can be carried out with or without a trainer
• Variants possible with and without ball

And because we want you to stay cognitively fit even when you're not training, the program is available to you free of charge!
